A Letter FROM OUR President
Alpha Tau Omega joined the Isla Vista community in 1991 and since then has been committed to developing young men into dedicated individuals, committed leaders, and selfless friends that serve as a positive force for change. ATO strives to be a welcoming foundation encouraging young men to develop into distinguished, committed, and inspiring members of society. Our annual philanthropy event, ATO Rally, is a week long experience full of friendly competition, activities, and fundraising for our beloved organization: Greeks 4 Kids. This organization supports children in local schools and hospitals who need various supplies such as books and toys, creating volunteer opportunities and new friendships.
ATO takes immense pride in our alumni network and on-campus presence with active leaders in clubs such as the Investment Banking Workshop, Investment Advisory Committee, Gauchos Go Green, and Consulting 180, among others. Additionally, two of our recent graduates founded a new organization, Ascend Consulting Group, which is now thriving on 10 campuses across the United States.
Through ATO I have found life-lasting friends who have pushed me to limits that I could've never imagined while creating memories that I will never forget. ATO has truly shown me the importance of friendship and hard work while growing into a place I can call home.
Love and Respect
-Eli Bloch, 2nd Year Philosophy and Political Science Major
